BLACKROLL® Neck Box: Your Neck Set Including Online Training

The NECK BOX combines targeted self-massage with mobilization and strengthening. Three BLACKROLL® products and exclusive online training support you with your neck routine, both preventively and for existing neck discomfort.

After a long day, you can specifically massage tense muscle areas and then complement this with suitable stretching and strengthening exercises. The included online training guides you with a wide range of exercises for regeneration, mobilization, and strengthening.

The Products in the Set

DUOBALL 12: Two connected fascia balls, each with a diameter of 12 cm, enable targeted self-massage. The indentation in the middle makes it easier to apply gently to the neck and along the cervical spine.

BALL 08: The small fascia ball with a diameter of 8 cm is suitable for circular and targeted massages. Its small contact area allows you to work on tense muscle areas specifically and intensively.

SUPER BAND: The orange training band offers light resistance for targeted strengthening exercises and supports you in stretching positions. The skin-friendly textile material ensures pleasant contact during training.
