The maximum weight capacity of the Schlingentrainer Premium is approximately 200 kg. A body weight of 100 kg is therefore within this weight limit.
However, what is decisive is the load-bearing capacity of the entire mounting structure to which you attach the Schlingentrainer. This must be designed for your body weight as well as the additional forces generated during movement, including all connections and fastening hardware. Therefore, the weight capacity of the Schlingentrainer alone does not confirm that your chosen structure is suitable for free-hanging pull-ups.
